A massive Moroccan Berber carpet by the Beni Ouarain tribes of the NE Middle Atlas Mountains. The classical diamond grid, executed in small scale, is dramatically interrupted at the top. A heavy, sturdy carpet that was originally used as a comfortable bed by the weaver's family.
